A new design house this autumn?
As the innovative Fiskars Art & Design Biennale is coming to an end efter three busy months, the opportunity now arises to purchase our exhibition house. The 30 square meter house comes fully equipped and functional with a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, sitting room, bedroom and loft. Immediate delivery is possible when the Biennale closes the 4th of September.
The Original Sommar 30 is one of our most beloved houses in Sweden. The Original style features a subdued and refined architectural style. Sharp roof edges without any overhang give the houses a contemporary look, allowing for the maximum amount of natural light offer unobstructed views. Wide sliding doors make the houses feel spacious and create a closeness to nature.
In contrast to its humble exterior, the interior is equipped with everything you need for convenient living. The house features a bright sitting room, bespoke kitchen, elegant bathroom, separate bedroom with storage and extra sleeping space on the loft floor.
The interior style is based on white tones and solid wood materials. The solid pine flooring waxed in white pigment and light white joinery give the house a summery feel. The bathroom combines light wood with porcelain tiles in limestone hues.
The house is built in solid natural materials with good quality in every detail. The core pine facade and drop ceiling are treated with a pleasing green tar color from Auson.

The house is sold for 115,000 Euro (regular price is 153,000 Euro) and can be picked up in Fiskars, one hour’s drive from Helsinki. We can help with transport at cost price and assist with the building permit application.
